Here's a preview: When I look at my country Serbia, in the 21st century, I remember the international saying which goes--"History repeats itself". I can say that this is really true. Our geopolitical and strategic position is still attractive to international players, we are at the crossroads of Europe and the East. This is today's Serbia, a country of known and unknown heroes. Read more . . .

In a truly thoughtful and caring manner, Patriarch Irinej remembered those Orthodox brothers and sisters in Ukraine, Kosovo, Metohija, and Macedonia who are suffering religious persecution or violence at this time. Nestled in the hills overlooking Belgrade sits a four-story building in a residential neighborhood. The street offers a gorgeous view of the Temple of Saint Sava. The streets are quiet except for the occasional sound of children playing in the yard. The Bridges to Serbia family is enjoying a week of summer camp on Tara Mountain with Evangelical University Students (EUS). We are here with college students (and families) from all over the world.
EUS summer camp is a unique and exciting opportunity for college students to spend a week discussing topics such as: leadership, character and integrity. There are seminars on resume building, leadership in the work place, resolving conflict, and dealing with family and personal relationships. My boys are especially enjoying the mentorship, the sports and the bonding with old and new friends. EUS is equipping and encouraging future leaders to impact the world in a powerful and positive way. For more information on EUS and how you can get involved, please visit their website @ www.eus.rs Summer time means friends and family reunite as diaspora and Serbian nationals flock to Serbia to spend the summer months in the world’s most charming country!
